About the Role
We are looking for a caring, reliable Primary Teaching Assistant to work with pupils across local primary schools in Manchester. This role mainly involves providing 1:1 support for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them to access learning and feel confident in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 support for pupils with SEN, helping them in class and during activities.
- Assist the class teacher with daily tasks and classroom routines.
- Help create a positive, safe, and supportive learning environment.
- Encourage and promote good behaviour, engagement, and participation.
- Support pupils with their social and emotional development.
Requirements
- Any experience with SEN (personal, voluntary, or work-based) is welcome.
- A patient, supportive, and positive attitude.
- Good communication and willingness to learn.
- Reliability and commitment to helping young learners succeed.
