The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with additional learning needs
• Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
• Supporting children's communication, social, and emotional development
• Encouraging independence, confidence, and resilience throughout the school day
• Helping to maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment
• Working collaboratively with teachers, families, and external professionals to support pupil progress
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
• Has experience working with children or young people (SEN experience is desirable but not essential)
• Is patient, caring, and able to build positive relationships
• Has excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Is adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn
• Is committed to helping every child achieve their full potential
• Has a genuine passion for inclusive education and child development
