As Private Client Tax Director, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing the firm’s private client tax offering. You will be responsible for leading client relationships, providing expert advisory services, and supporting the continued growth and development of the tax team. This role is well-suited to a driven professional with a passion for delivering outstanding client service and a track record of success within practice.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the private client tax function, ensuring delivery of high-quality advisory and compliance services

Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse portfolio of private clients

Provide strategic tax planning and advisory support, including inheritance tax, trusts, and estate planning

Mentor and develop junior members of the tax team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture

Contribute to business development and the growth of the firm’s private client offering

Requirements:

CTA, ACA, or ACCA qualified (or equivalent)

Extensive experience in private client tax within a senior leadership role

Strong technical knowledge of inheritance tax, capital gains tax, trusts, and estate planning

Excellent communication and client relationship management skills

Commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities for growth

Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
