This role will see you working closely with Partners and Directors, advising on all aspects of private client tax matters, including compliance and advisory work. You will be given the autonomy to manage your own portfolio, whilst also mentoring junior staff and contributing to the overall growth of the department. Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of private client tax clients, providing both compliance and advisory services
Review and sign off tax returns and other compliance work prepared by junior staff
Provide support, training, and mentoring to junior members of the team
Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering expert advice on tax planning opportunities
Contribute to business development and assist in growing the department

Requirements
ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified (or equivalent)
At least five years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
Proven experience in managing a portfolio of clients and leading a team
Strong technical knowledge of private client tax
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
