As the Private Client Tax Director, you will take the lead in advising high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and families on a wide range of complex tax matters. You will play a key role in shaping the firm’s private client tax offering, mentoring a talented team, and driving continued growth within this thriving department. The ideal candidate will be an experienced and commercially astute tax professional with a strong technical background and the ability to build and maintain excellent client relationships.

Responsibilities:
Manage and develop a portfolio of high-net-worth private clients.
Provide expert advice on complex personal tax matters, including inheritance tax, trusts, and estate planning.
Oversee and mentor junior members of the tax team.
Review and sign off complex tax returns and technical reports.
Drive business development and contribute to the firm’s strategic growth plans.
Requirements:
CTA or ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
Significant experience within Private Client Tax at senior management or director level.
Strong technical knowledge of personal tax, trusts, and estate planning.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
Commercial awareness with the ability to identify and develop new opportunities.
