In this Private Client Tax Manager role, you will manage a varied portfolio of individuals, trusts, estates and owner managed business clients. You will lead on personal tax compliance and advisory work, covering areas such as capital gains tax, inheritance tax and tax planning, while supervising and developing a supportive team around you. With regular client contact and real ownership of your work, you will be at the heart of the firm’s tax offering.

Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of private client tax clients, including individuals, trusts and estates
Review personal tax returns and tax computations to a high standard
Provide proactive tax planning advice on CGT, IHT and income tax matters
Supervise, coach and develop junior members of the tax team
Build strong relationships with clients and support business development
Requirements
Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
CTA, ATT, ACA or ACCA qualified, or qualified by experience
Strong technical knowledge of UK private client tax
Proven experience managing and reviewing the work of others
Excellent communication skills and a client focused approach
