Crowe Watson Recruitment is delighted to be working with a leading firm of Chartered Accountants in Torquay who are seeking a Private Client Tax Manager to join their growing team. The successful candidate will be managing a varied portfolio of clients and playing a key role in the delivery of personal tax services.

As Private Client Tax Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing complex compliance work, advising on a range of personal tax matters, and providing mentorship to junior members of the team. This role offers genuine scope for career progression and the chance to work closely with Partners on both compliance and advisory projects. Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of Private Client Tax clients
Review and prepare personal tax returns
Provide tax planning and advisory services
Support junior team members and assist with their development
Build and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements
ATT and/or CTA qualified (or equivalent)
At least five years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong technical knowledge of personal tax
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise workload
