Working closely with partners and a well-established private client portfolio, you will take ownership of a varied and technically interesting caseload spanning high-net-worth individuals, trusts, and estates. Responsibilities
Managing a portfolio of private clients including high-net-worth individuals, trusts, and estates from planning through to compliance
Overseeing the preparation and review of self-assessment tax returns and associated correspondence with HMRC
Providing bespoke tax advisory services covering inheritance tax, capital gains tax, and income tax planning
Supporting, mentoring, and developing junior members of the tax team
Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships and identifying opportunities for wider firm engagement
Requirements
Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
CTA qualified (or equivalent), with a strong grounding in private client tax
Proven ability to manage a complex portfolio with minimal supervision
Excellent communication skills with the confidence to liaise directly with clients and partners
A collaborative team player with a proactive and solution-focused approach
