Responsibilities
Oversee the delivery of Private Client Tax compliance work, including Self Assessment, trusts and estates
Manage, coach and develop a team of Tax Seniors and Assistants
Review complex tax returns and computations to ensure accuracy and quality
Act as a key point of contact for clients, building strong long term relationships
Support the Partners with technical queries, risk management and business development
Requirements
Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
ATT, CTA or ACA qualified, or equivalent professional qualification
Proven experience managing a Private Client Tax compliance portfolio
Strong technical knowledge of UK personal tax, trusts and estates
Excellent communication and leadership skills
