The successful candidate will lead a varied portfolio of HNWIs, trusts, and non-domiciled individuals, providing strategic tax planning advice and overseeing complex compliance matters. You will work closely with Partners and Directors, managing a team of tax professionals, and will be instrumental in driving growth and client engagement. Responsibilities:
Leading a portfolio of complex private client tax cases
Providing high-level tax planning and advisory services
Managing and mentoring a team of tax staff
Reviewing high-value and technically challenging tax returns
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Supporting the growth of the private client offering
Requirements:
Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong technical knowledge of UK personal tax and related areas
CTA qualified (or equivalent), ACA/ACCA also advantageous
Proven experience in a senior tax role with advisory exposure
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
