Looking for that exciting new challenge with one of the worlds largest contractors? This role could be for you. I am currently on the search for a QUANTITY SURVEYOR based in North Wales or the surrounding area with a heavy civils background.

My client are currently working on a large infrastructure scheme in North Wales and is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to work on site along the construction team. The role will be working as part of a project on scheme that is in an area of outstanding natural beauty constructing a significant infrastructure project.

My client is expanding their portfolio of work in the UK and looking to increase their turnover from £100m to around £250m in the next 2-3 years. As a business they work across a range of civil, rail and energy infrastructure projects at the moment and are looking to expand their net into other civil specialisms.

Working within the Commercial Team as a Quantity Surveyor you will be managing the commercial activities on site and ensure the project is delivered to the clients commercial requirements.

What you will need…
• Experience and knowledge working in the civil engineering sector
• Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor
• Experience working in a main contracting environment (desirable)
• Experience working with the NEC form of contract`
