We are looking for a driven and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is motivated by achieving targets and earning commission.
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, working closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and sourcing the best candidates for their roles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Developing and managing relationships with new and existing clients
• Taking detailed job briefs and advertising vacancies
• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Matching candidates to suitable roles
• Managing the recruitment process from start to placement
• Negotiating offers and managing onboarding
• Meeting individual and team KPIs and targets
• Maintaining accurate records using CRM/ATS systems
Requirements:
• Previous recruitment or sales experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven with a proactive mindset
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Confident telephone manner
• Full Valid Driving License
