Are you an experienced Branch Manager from within the electrical wholesale industry?

Our client is a well-established Electrical Wholesaler with multiple branches across the UK.
They are seeking a dynamic Regional Manager to drive growth, performance, and operational excellence across a group of branches.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong management experience in the industry who thrives on developing teams and delivering results. If you’re looking for a role where you can make a real impact and shape the future of a growing region, this could be the perfect next move for you.

Applicants should be located ideally in the Hampshire, Dorset area.
This will be working from various branches in your group so applicants must be flexible and happy to travel wherever necessary.

This is NOT a home based role.

Roles and responsibilities:
• Ensure the overall success and smooth operation of branches within the designated region
• Setting performance targets for branches, monitoring progress, and providing guidance and support to achieve goals
• Assist with Recruitment
• Addressing and resolving issues or conflicts that may arise
• Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment across all branches
• Allocating resources effectively to support branch operations
• Analysing operational performance data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions

Experience / Skills:
• Experience of managing high numbers of staff or previous experience in a Regional Manager role
• Proven track record of Electrical Wholesale experience
• Driving License
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
