This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a client-focused team in Guernsey, where the successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing customer engagement and maintaining long-standing client relationships. This is a full-time role; however, flexible hours will be considered.
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
• Managing and deepening existing client relationships to ensure exceptional customer experience.
• Assisting clients with a broad range of banking and wealth solutions aligned with their financial needs.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for high-value clients and offering personalised advice.
• Working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored banking products and services.
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
• Identifying opportunities to cross-sell financial services in accordance with business growth targets.
• Maintaining comprehensive client records and ensuring data integrity across systems.
• Supporting the onboarding of new clients and performing due diligence and KYC checks.
• Handling and resolving client enquiries efficiently and professionally.
The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will bring demonstrable experience in relationship or client management, preferably within a private or corporate banking environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with a deep understanding of financial products, client lifecycle management, and regulatory expectations. A results-oriented approach, high attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams will be key to success in this role.
