Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm (+ 1 Saturday per month, 8:30am - 5:30pm)

Overview:
Are you a people-focused retail leader with a passion for sales and home interiors? We’re looking for an energetic Retail Sales Store Manager to lead our clients busy showroom, motivate the sales team, and deliver outstanding results.

In this role, you’ll drive sales performance, manage and develop your team, and ensure every customer enjoys a smooth journey – from their first showroom visit to the installation of their dream kitchen or bathroom. You’ll handle customer issues with confidence, oversee stock and operations, and keep the store running at peak performance.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and motivate sales team to achieve/exceed sales targets.
• Manage staff performance, training, and development.
• Deliver and analyse sales reports to maximize performance.
• Handle customer complaints (sales, delivery, and installation issues).
• Manage customer expectations throughout sales and installation process.
• Oversee daily store operations, stock control, and compliance.
• Ensure excellent merchandising and product presentation.
• Maintain strong knowledge of KBB (Kitchen, Bathroom, Bedroom) products and trends.
• Drive local sales initiatives and promotional strategies.

Experience / Skills:
• Previous experience as Retail Sales Manager/Store Manager (KBB, furniture, or home improvement preferred).
• Proven track record of achieving sales and KPI targets.
• Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Experienced in leading, coaching, and developing teams.
• Commercially aware with knowledge of sales reporting tools and stock management.
• Background with retailers like NEXT, B&Q, Wickes, Wren Kitchens, or similar is advantageous.
• Driving Licence
