Salary: £27,000 per annum + benefits

Our client is looking for a full-time permanent Customer Service Administrator to join their small, friendly office team.

A fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual to join this busy business located in the Feltham, Middlesex area.

They are a growing company supplying electrical products to the trade. Their recent success has lead to further growth for the business.

Responsibilities:
• Ensuring all quotes and sales orders are processed quickly and to the highest possible standard of customer service
• Dealing with customer complaints and resolving customer issues the most efficient way possible
• General and administrative tasks, such as; booking goods in, allocating backlogs to customers, chasing late deliveries, raising and resolving delivery and stock discrepancies
• Addressing customer debit notes and invoice inquiries
