Overview:
Join our clients thriving Electrical Wholesale branch as a Sales Assistant, where you’ll provide excellent levels of customer service over the trade counter, answer inbound calls and assist in other areas of the branch as required.

This role would suit someone who is a team player, with great communication skills, who is happy to chip in where required within a branch in order to get things done!

Responsibilities:
• Serving customers on the trade counter
• Answering inbound calls
• Assisting customers with queries on products, stock, pricing
• Providing excellent levels of customer service, to build and maintain relationships
• General Warehouse duties

Requirements:
• Electrical Wholesale experience 
• Confident telephone manner 
• Team player
• Excellent customer service skills

Hours:
• Monday to Friday 42.5 hours per week
• 1 in 4 Saturday mornings (8:30am - 12pm)
