Overview:
Our client, a well-established electrical wholesale business based in Shoreham, are looking for a Sales Manager to join their team.

This role would suit a confident, self-driven individual who enjoys a mix of internal and external sales, building relationships and actively generating new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:
• Consistently achieve sales targets through proactive business development and relationship building
• Actively prospect and win new accounts, building a strong pipeline of potential customers through networking, cold calling, and site visits
• Organise customer visits to maximise new business opportunities
• Work internally with the branch team to ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts and excellent customer service
• Monitor market activity and competitor offerings, identifying opportunities to strengthen the company’s position in the local market

Skills / Experience:
• Electrical Wholesale experience (essential)
• Driving Licence
• Confident communicator and natural relationship builder
• Self-motivated and organised, with the ability to manage your own diary and sales pipeline effectively
• Positive and driven attitude, with a genuine desire to build a successful career within the electrical wholesale industry
