We have a bright, funny Year 4 pupil who finds the world a bit too loud sometimes. He needs a "person." Not a shadow, not a guard, a mentor. Someone who can spot a meltdown coming from a mile away and redirect it into a game of LEGO or a walk in the sensory garden.
This is a challenging role, which is why we pay our specialists £110–£120 per day. We don’t just send you in and hope for the best; you’ll have a dedicated consultant checking in and access to trauma-informed training.
