We are recruiting an SEMH Teaching Assistant to work with pupils who have social, emotional, and mental health needs in a Manchester school.
Responsibilities:
• Provide 1:1 and small-group support
• Encourage emotional regulation and engagement in learning
• Collaborate with SEN staff and class teachers
Requirements:
• Experience supporting SEMH or SEND pupils
• Calm, empathetic and resilient
• Excellent communication skills
