A well-regarded SEMH secondary school in Enfield is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support KS3 and KS4 students with social, emotional, and behavioural needs.

This is a rewarding long-term role for someone confident in behaviour support and passionate about making a positive impact on young people’s lives.

Has experience in SEMH or behaviour support settings

Demonstrates strong communication and classroom management skills

Is proactive, consistent, and committed to inclusion
