A warm and inclusive Special Needs School in the EN3 area is seeking a committed and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team on a full-time basis.
Hours: 8:30am – 4pm, Monday to Friday
Location: EN3, North London
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Full Time, Long Term
This is a rewarding role supporting students with a range of complex needs, including PMLD, ASD, non-verbal communication, and personal care requirements. You will be working in small class groups alongside experienced staff, providing both academic and personal support to help each learner thrive.
The ideal candidate will have:
-Proven experience supporting students with PMLD, Complex Needs, and ASD
-Confidence in assisting with personal care and sensory needs
-A nurturing, adaptable, and team-focused attitude
-Strong communication skills, particularly in supporting non-verbal pupils
-A genuine passion for working in SEN education
