Teaching Assistant – College in Redbridge
Axcis is recruiting an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join a supportive and welcoming college in Redbridge. Full-time and part-time options available.
Hours: 9:00am–3:30pm
Pay: From £13.39 per hour
Days: 4–5 days (Mon–Thurs or Tues–Fri)
You will support students aged 16–21 in group settings and on a 1:1 basis. The role requires a calm, consistent and encouraging approach, acting as a positive role model both in and out of the classroom. Knowledge of special educational needs is essential.
You’ll work closely with a tutor, following tailored lesson plans to meet individual student needs. A resilient, flexible and positive attitude is key.
