SEND Teaching Assistant – KS1/KS2 Learning Support- Warwick
Location: Warwick
Contract Type: Full-time
Salary: £89 – £105 per day / £445 – £525 per week
Axcis Education is currently recruiting a SEND Teaching Assistant to join a warm and inclusive school in the Warwick area. This full-time role involves supporting children in KS1 and KS2 with additional learning needs including MLD, speech delay, and processing difficulties.
The Role:
You will:
• Support pupils in class and during intervention sessions.
• Adapt tasks to match learning levels and scaffold understanding.
• Use visuals, repetition, and practical resources to support progress.
• Build strong relationships that support emotional and social growth.
• Work with teaching staff and SENCO to track progress and share insights.
About You:
• Experience supporting children with learning or communication difficulties.
• Confident in delivering differentiated learning.
• Calm, consistent and able to manage low-level behaviour needs.
• Enthusiastic about inclusive education and child development.
• Available to commit full-time and work collaboratively with the school team.
