Axcis Education are working closely with a welcoming specialist SEND Primary School in Bournemouth and are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join their supportive team on a full-time basis, with an immediate start available.

About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside experienced teaching and pastoral staff to support primary-aged pupils with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs), Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), and ADHD.
The school operates small class sizes of approximately 8 to 10 pupils, allowing staff to provide tailored support and build positive relationships with individual learners.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Supporting pupils in the classroom and during activities
• Promoting engagement with learning
• Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional regulation
• Building trusting relationships with pupils
• Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom preparation
• Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis
• Helping to create a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment

• Possess excellent communication and teamwork skills
