SEND Teaching Assistant – SEND College (Full-Time or Part-Time) London

A specialist SEND college is seeking a caring and experienced Teaching Assistant to support students with ASD, complex needs, and challenging behaviour.

Position Details:

Full-time or part-time (Monday to Thursday)
Competitive salary based on experience

Requirements:

Experience supporting students with ASD, complex needs, and challenging behaviour
Ability to provide personal care
Epilepsy training or willingness to undertake training
Valid DBS check
Right to work in the UK

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting students in both classroom and one-to-one settings
Assisting with personal care and behaviour management strategies
Supporting students with medical needs, including epilepsy management
Collaborating with teaching staff, therapists, and families to promote learning, independence, and positive engagement
