We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEND Teaching Assistant with care worker experience to support students with challenging behaviour and PMLD across primary and secondary settings.

Position Details:

Full-time role, Monday to Friday
Competitive salary based on experience

Requirements:

Experience supporting students with challenging behaviour, complex needs, and PMLD
Ability to provide personal care
Valid DBS check
Right to work in the UK
Passionate about making a difference for SEND students

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting students in classroom and one-to-one settings
Assisting with personal care and behaviour management strategies
Working closely with teaching staff, therapists, and families to promote learning and development
Encouraging independence, engagement, and wellbeing for students with complex needs
