About the School:

Key Responsibilities:
Support SEND students in the classroom and small groups
Assist teachers in delivering lessons and activities tailored to individual needs
Help implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
Promote pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development
Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure pupils achieve their potential

Requirements:
Experience supporting SEND students in a classroom or educational setting
Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills
Ability to support a range of learning needs
