Vacancy - Senior Internal Sales Executive
Location - Basingstoke, Hampshire
Industry - Electrical Wholesale & Lighting
Salary - up to circa £45K + bonuses
Hours - Monday to Friday with Saturday mornings on a rota
Our client is looking for an experienced Internal Sales Executive with electrical wholesale experience to join their team in a senior internal sales role.

Responsibilities
• Telephone sales - reactive and proactive telephone sales
• Processing orders and quotes using the company systems
• Sourcing products and placing the relevant orders
• Building, developing and managing relationships with customers
• Ensuring all records, systems and paperwork are kept up-to-date
• Assisting customers at the trade counter providing an efficient and knowledgeable service where required.
Skills & Experience needed?
• Current or recent general Electrical wholesale sales knowledge and experience
• Manage, meet and exceed customer expectations
• The ability to build relationships with a variety of customers
• Extensively worked in telephone sales role previously in an electrical wholesale environment
• Enjoys sales
• Friendly, articulate, customer focused
• Experience within an electrical wholesaler is essential
