A well-established financial and fiduciary services firm based in Guernsey is seeking a skilled Senior Onboarding Administrator to join their growing team. The company specialises in delivering bespoke wealth management solutions including Trusts & Companies formation, Managed Services, Property Management, Fund Administration, and more. With a legacy of multi-generational client relationships, the business is focused on providing expert, compliant, and client-centric service across international markets.
Role Overview
This permanent position sits within the Onboarding Team—the first point of interaction for new clients. The team ensures a seamless onboarding process, overseeing everything from initial risk assessments to establishing legal structures and submitting bank applications. This is a detail-oriented and communication-heavy role involving close liaison with introducers, clients, and banking partners across jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
• Assess documentation from potential clients and compile query sheets
• Communicate with global introducers and clients to collect complete CDD/SOF/SOW documentation
• Conduct compliance checks and complete risk profiles, reviews, and committee paperwork
• Draft documentation to establish trusts and incorporate companies
• Prepare bank account applications and manage related communications
• Maintain in-house databases and statutory records
• Liaise with external providers to support asset transfers or pours-over
• Finalise onboarding procedures in accordance with internal checklists
• Generate invoices related to entity formation and annual services
Skills and Experience
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar onboarding role within financial services
• Strong knowledge of the GFSC Handbook and AML/CFT/CPWMD regulations
• Familiarity with Guernsey Trust and Company Law
• Highly proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Outstanding communication skills and keen attention to detail
• Capable of managing competing deadlines while working independently and in a team
• Comfortable liaising with both internal teams and external stakeholders
