Salary: £28,000–£30,000 + performance bonus potential up to £9,300 (OTE £39,300)
Location: Loughborough
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week, including some weekend working on a rota basis

Are you ready to develop your career with a well-established luxury interiors brand? My client is is a leading retailer and importer of premium flooring.
Due to continued expansion, we are looking for a Showroom Senior Sales Advisor to join their Loughborough team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a growing business where your experience, enthusiasm, and flair for interiors will be valued and developed.
As a Senior Sales Advisor, you’ll work closely with the showroom team to deliver an outstanding customer experience. You’ll be confident, organised, and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, communicating clearly and professionally across phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.

What you’ll do:
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the full sales journey
• Answer incoming sales calls and manage enquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Support the Sales Manager with day-to-day showroom operations
• Create quotations, process payments, arrange deliveries, and manage aftersales service
• Provide expert advice on product suitability, sizing, pricing, and interiors
• Update and maintain accurate CRM records and daily activity
• Arrange samples to be dispatched to customers
• Resolve customer issues and handle complaints professionally
• Guide and support the sales team in closing sales
• Assist with new starter inductions and ongoing training

About you:
• Experienced in a customer-facing sales role
• Confident, friendly, and professional communicator
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment
• Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused
• Passionate about interiors and delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Comfortable supporting and guiding other team members
