Our client is seeking an enthusiastic professional to elevate their career within a prestigious, independent private client firm. This is an opportunity to join a dedicated team in Guernsey within a director-led firm of individually expert people. The Role
This permanent position sits within our client's Trust and Corporate Services team. The successful candidate will work in a friendly, progressive environment, undertaking a broad range of duties that vary based on professional seniority and experience.

Key Responsibilities
Depending on the level of the role, duties will include:
• Client & Statutory Records: Assisting with the setup and maintenance of client databases and statutory records, including minutes and resolutions.
• Financial Administration: Managing day-to-day bookkeeping to trial balance, performing monthly reconciliations, and preparing client fee invoices.
• Banking & Investments: Opening and closing bank accounts and liaising with bankers and investment advisors regarding transactions and settlement instructions.
• Client Engagement: Attending meetings with clients or intermediaries and ensuring instructions are fulfilled with manager support.
• Compliance & Tax: Adhering to firm policies, completing tax compliance reviews, and monitoring structures in line with tax advice.

About You
Our client is looking for candidates who demonstrate core values of excellence, integrity, and enthusiasm.
• Qualifications: You should be attained or working towards STEP or CGI qualifications (or equivalent).
• Experience: * Senior Administrator level: Requires a sound understanding of trust tasks and processes.
o Officer level: Requires strong technical trust knowledge and the ability to resolve moderately complex issues.
• Communication: Effective verbal and written skills, with the ability to adapt to a diverse range of people.
• Teamwork: A positive and committed approach to working together to provide excellent client service.
