We are currently looking for experienced Shuttering Carpenters to join our team in SOUTHAMPTON on concrete framed buildings.

The successful candidates must have proven experience in concrete shuttering for concrete structures (HIGH RISE CONCRETE)

Key Responsibilities:

Construct, install, and dismantle formwork/shuttering systems.

Read and work from construction drawings and specifications

Work on reinforced concrete frames, columns, walls, slabs, and core structures

Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard

Collaborate with site supervisors and other trades on busy construction sites

Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe condition

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Shuttering Carpenter/Formwork Carpenter

Strong background in high-rise concrete structures

Experience with concrete formwork systems

Ability to read technical drawing

Valid CSCS card

Strong understanding of site health and safety

Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
