Description

Kenton Black are seeking a permanent Site Manager to join their clients expanding team in Dundee.

The company, a respected leader in housing refurbishment, is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of large-scale refurbishment. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to manage live sites, ensuring quality, safety, and programme targets are consistently achieved while making a meaningful impact on communities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of housing refurbishment projects
- Manage multi-trade teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient delivery
- Conduct regular site inspections and uphold rigorous health, safety, and compliance standards
- Maintain accurate project documentation, progress reports, and stakeholder communications
- Coordinate materials, logistics, and labour to meet programme milestones
- Build positive relationships with tenants, ensuring minimal disruption during works
- Deliver projects to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship

What You Bring:
- Proven experience in housing refurbishment and/or energy retrofit projects
- Valid CSCS card, SMSTS certification, First Aid qualification, Asbestos Awareness, and CISRS certification
- Strong leadership and organisational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to manage projects independently and decisively in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working with clients, residents, and site teams
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Scotland
