• Monday–Thursday 8:20am–4:20pm | Friday 8:20am–2:30pm
As a teaching assistant with Axcis you will:
• Be a role model, mentor and daily support to the child/ren you will be working with.
• Support students with SEND to overcome social and academic barriers.
• Support the class teacher in delivery of the curriculum.
• Make reasonable adjustments to ensure students thrive in the setting.
• Provide 1:1 or group support to identified students, using sports to remove barriers to learning,
• Have a passion for sports/fitness
• Have experience/qualifications of coaching children and young people.
About the role:
• You will be responsible for delivering Sports Sessions
• You will mentor students, using sports to keep students engaged
• You will be responsible for supporting students on outdoor education trips
• You will keep students engaged and safe
