SSSTS Site Supervisor – Construction
We are seeking an experienced and motivated SSSTS Site Supervisor to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily site activities.
Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with project specifications and programmes.
Monitor health and safety compliance across the site.
Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.
Manage subcontractors and site operatives.
Identify and report site issues, delays, or potential risks.
Maintain accurate site records and documentation.
Liaise with site management, clients, and other stakeholders.
Ensure high standards of workmanship and productivity are maintained.
Requirements
Valid SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) certification.
Previous experience in a construction site supervisory role.
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
Ability to manage and motivate site teams effectively.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
CSCS Card (Supervisor Level or above).
First Aid at Work qualification (preferred but not essential).
Full UK driving licence (preferred).
