I am looking for an experienced SSTS Supervisor, in Havant, working for a growing company known for delivering high quality civils and groundworks services.

I am seeking a motivated and reliable individual to work in partnership with the current groundworker to deliver onsite works whilst maintaining a commitment to health and safety.

This role is a temp role with the view of going permanent for the right candidate.

Essential Requirements:
- First Aid
- EUSR
- Previous Water Works experience is required
- Confined Spaces qualification
- Machine Operator qualified
- Proven experience in civil and groundwork projects
- Knowledge of site safety procedures and regulations
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour tasks
- Relevant certifications or licenses minimum SSSTS & CSCS
- Full, Clean UK driving license

Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Deliver daily operations on-site, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Mentoring and supervising team members, providing guidance and support to enhance productivity
- Maintaining accurate records and reports related to project activities
- Liaising with project manager

Pay Rate:
- £250 per day

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 10 hour shift
- 50 hours a week (potential weekend work)

Licence/Certification:
- CSCS (required)
- SSSTS (required)
- Driving Licence (required)
