Experienced Steel Fixer Required

We are currently seeking an Experienced Steel Fixer to join our team on a busy construction project.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Steel Fixer on commercial, civil engineering, or infrastructure projects.
Valid CSCS Skilled Worker Card (Full CSCS Card) – essential.
Valid Confined Space Working Certificate/Ticket – essential.
Ability to read and interpret reinforcement drawings and schedules.
Competent in cutting, bending, positioning, and fixing steel reinforcement.
Strong understanding of health and safety procedures.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Own PPE and tools preferred.

Responsibilities:

Installing and securing steel reinforcement bars and mesh.
Reading and working from technical drawings and specifications.
Ensuring all work is completed to the required quality and safety standards.
Working safely in confined spaces when required.
Collaborating with site supervisors and other trades to meet project deadlines.
