We’re working with a welcoming school in the Twerton area of Bath offering part-time opportunities as a Teaching Assistant, supporting young children in the early stages of their education. This is a fantastic way to gain hands-on experience while keeping your schedule manageable.
About the Role:
- Support children aged 4–7 (Early Years & Key Stage 1)
- Assist in the classroom with learning activities, play and routines
- Provide additional support to pupils with SEND needs, including autism and speech & language difficulties
- Help create a positive, engaging and safe learning environment
- Work closely with teachers and support staff throughout the day
This role is ideal if you are:
- Studying at University of Bath or Bath Spa University
- Interested in education, psychology, childcare or mental health
- Looking for part-time, flexible work that fits around lectures
- Keen to gain experience with young children and SEND support
