An independently owned tax advisory business based in Guernsey is seeking an experienced and qualified Corporate Tax professional to join their growing team at Manager level.

This firm, known for its delivery of high-quality UK tax compliance and advisory services to a range of corporate and institutional clients, supports both local fiduciaries and the international market. The position offers a unique opportunity for a technically strong individual looking to contribute to a dynamic team and advance their career in tax.


About the Role
You will play a key role in delivering UK corporate tax services while supporting the growth and development of the team. Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing UK corporate tax advisory and compliance services to a portfolio of clients.
• Drafting clear, well-structured technical advice and reports.
• Leading client and intermediary meetings to build strong professional relationships.
• Ensuring service delivery targets and deadlines are met through effective workload management.
• Taking ownership of performance goals and participating in regular training and development sessions.
• Assisting with onboarding new clients in accordance with AML and CDD procedures.
This role may evolve to include oversight of more junior team members such as Tax Administrators and Senior Administrators.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
• A recognised professional qualification such as ATT, CTA, ACA, or ACCA.
• Proven technical knowledge and hands-on experience in UK corporation tax, including both compliance and advisory work.
• Previous experience in a similar client-facing role within a tax or accountancy firm.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex tax matters clearly.
• A commitment to high standards of client service and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• A proactive mindset with strong time management, planning and organisational skills.
