What You’ll Be Doing
Inspire and support students through one-to-one and small group work, fostering confidence, resilience, and independence.
Collaborate with teachers and support staff to design and deliver Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
Create a safe, inclusive learning environment where students feel understood and valued.
Empower students to develop coping strategies, social skills, and emotional well-being.
Monitor and track progress, contributing to positive outcomes and success stories.
Assist in planning and delivering engaging lessons that motivate and inspire learners.
About You
Experience in residential care, youth work, or similar roles, ideally with young people with SEMH needs.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
Patient, adaptable, and passionate about helping others succeed.
Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
