Pay: Up to £104 per day

We're currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to work in Oldham/Rochdale across mainstream primary and secondary schools, as well as specialist SEN settings.
About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll be a vital part of the classroom – helping to create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment. You'll support students on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, often including children with additional needs such as Autism, ADHD, speech and language delays or other learning difficulties.
Key Responsibilities
- Support students’ learning, emotional wellbeing and social development
- Assist with lessons and classroom activities
- Help manage behaviour and promote positive engagement
- Work closely with teachers to deliver tailored support
- Contribute to a welcoming classroom environment
What We’re Looking For
- A calm, caring and patient approach
- Experience or interest in working with children with SEND
- Ability to work flexibly across year groups and settings
- A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
- Previous school experience is helpful but not essential – full training provided
