No two days are the same—you'll work alongside experienced teachers, encourage pupils to reach their potential and create a positive learning environment where every child feels valued.

What You'll Be Doing
Supporting teachers with classroom activities.
Working one-to-one and in small groups.
Encouraging confidence and independence.
Helping create an engaging learning environment.
Supporting pupils with additional learning needs where required.
What We're Looking For
A positive, caring attitude.
Strong communication skills.
Reliability and enthusiasm.
Experience working with children is beneficial but not essential.
