What We’re Looking For:
#Experience (paid, voluntary or personal) supporting children with SEND

#Understanding of needs such as ASD, ADHD, SEMH, sensory processing difficulties, etc.

#Confidence supporting students with complex needs in a primary school setting

#A genuine passion for working with children and making a positive impact

#Patient, nurturing and calm under pressure

#Hold a DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one
