We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) school in Bolton.

The Role:
Supporting students with SEMH needs in and out of the classroom
Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and behaviour management
Building positive and trusting relationships with pupils
Encouraging independence and personal development
The Ideal Candidate:
Experience working with children or young people with SEMH or additional needs (desirable but not essential)
Resilient, patient, and adaptable in a challenging but rewarding environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A passion for supporting young people to achieve their potential
