We are seeking a confident and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a supportive secondary school within the M23 area of Manchester. This role is ideal for someone with experience working in secondary schools or further education/college settings, and who is passionate about supporting young people to achieve their full potential.
Working alongside teaching staff, you will support learning across a range of subjects, provide small-group intervention, and offer tailored support to students who require additional guidance.
The Successful Candidate Will Have:
-Experience working in a secondary school or college setting (essential)
-Strong communication and organisational skills
-The ability to build positive relationships with young people
-A proactive, supportive, and flexible approach
