Teaching Assistant (Full-Time) – Secondary School
Working hours: 8.30am to 3.30pm, Monday to Friday
Daily rate: £90–£95, paid weekly every Friday
We are working with a well-established secondary school to recruit a full-time Teaching Assistant to support students across the school. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work in a dynamic environment, providing support in classrooms, small groups, and one-to-one settings, particularly for pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
The successful candidate will be flexible and proactive, able to support across a range of subjects and year groups. Key responsibilities include assisting students to access the curriculum, implementing learning strategies, and helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
The school values strong communication and collaboration. Experience working with young people in a school setting and familiarity with SEND support strategies are highly desirable.
