Are you passionate about supporting children with autism (ASD) to achieve their full potential? We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic and reliable primary teaching assistant to join our friendly school team in manchester, uk.

As a primary teaching assistant, you will provide targeted support to pupils with autism, using a child-centred approach and working within the school’s graduated approach to learning.

What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting children with autism in class and small group activities
- Helping to adapt lessons and make reasonable adjustments where needed
- Encouraging positive communication, behaviour and independence
- Collaborating with parents and other professionals to review progress

What we’re looking for:
- Caring, patient and approachable personality
- Experience working with children with asd or additional needs (desirable)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for inclusive education
