Location: Enfield (EN1)
Hours: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Role: 1:1 support for students with ASD and challenging behavioural needs in Year 1 and Year 2.

Responsibilities:

-Provide one-to-one support to students with ASD and challenging behaviour.

-Assist teaching staff with implementing personalised learning plans.

-Support emotional regulation, social skills, and behaviour management.

-Encourage independence while providing tailored guidance during classroom activities.

Requirements:

-Previous experience supporting children with ASD and challenging behaviour.

-Strong communication and patience skills.

-Ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff and parents.
