We are recruiting an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Autism (ASD), ADHD, SEMH, Complex Needs and additional learning needs in a welcoming Solihull school.
The role will involve providing 1:1 support, small group interventions, classroom assistance, behaviour support and personal care where required.

Requirements:

• Experience as a SEND Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Support Worker or Care Worker
• Experience supporting children or young people with SEN/SEND
• Comfortable providing personal care (essential)
• Knowledge of ASD, ADHD, SEMH and Complex Needs
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
